Vacation relieves stress?
Many people have heard the saying--"I'm going on vacation to get away from all this stress." In some parts this statement is true, but the other half is just the opposite. Vacation can actually add to the amount of stress in a person's life. For instance, in school, students are loaded down with homework, projects, and tests. The school designates set dates for breaks. These breaks allow the kids to travel or just take time away from school. However, during these breaks more stress can accumulate. The reasons for vacation stress can be: tanning, shopping, working, and making sure all plans are in order. The stress adds up in no time. The person who plans the trip has the added stress of making sure all the money is taken care of. To plan a vacation requires many hours of searching and finding. The internet is the fastest way to search for designed locations. Air fare and the place to stay can all be paid for and figured out online. However, this can be stressful in a sense that something may go wrong or not go through. Stress is present in every aspect of life, even on vacation. Once your at where you want to be, you have the stress of finding out what your going to do and how your going to get there. Don't get me wrong, vacation can be a stress reducer, but some of the aspects can be very stressful.
